Leading in complexity and connecting the dots are centre stage just now. For me, the combination of leadership development with organisation development has been to the fore i.e. facilitation, consultation, learning interventions, educational technology and coaching. It is incredibly gratifying to see how peoples’ insights and courage grow in service of re-framing and forward movement.

In Brussels, helping to run a beautifully crafted Oil and Gas business awareness simulation for leaders from a large professional services firm.
